● 産品簡介:
本制品是蛋白(bái)質樣品進行 Native-PAGE(非變性聚丙烯酰胺凝膠)電泳用的上樣 Buffer,不含SDS,不含還(hái)原劑如(rú)DTT,β-巯基乙醇等。制品中含有示蹤色素溴酚藍(Bromophenol Blue),可(kě)以确認電泳的進行情況。使用本制品,蛋白(bái)質在電泳膠中可(kě)以得(de)到很好地分(fēn)離(lí)。電泳後用考馬斯亮藍或者銀染色等方法染色後,蛋白(bái)質電泳帶能夠得(de)到清晰顯示。非變性蛋白(bái)質電泳時,蛋白(bái)質的遷移速度與其固有的分(fēn)子量、分(fēn)子的形狀及所帶的電荷量等有一定關系。

2 本制品不适用于變性聚丙烯酰胺凝膠蛋白(bái)電泳。
● 使用方法:
使用前,徹底融化話(huà),先離(lí)心快(kuài)甩使溶液至管底,以防開蓋後造成污染。
向 8 μl 的蛋白(bái)質樣品中加入本制品 2 μl(本制品與蛋白(bái)質樣品按照(zhào) 1:4 的體(tǐ)積比混合),振蕩混勻後稍離(lí)心,即可(kě)上樣電泳。本制品使用方便,可(kě)以根據蛋白(bái)質樣品和電泳膠孔的體(tǐ)積,按照(zhào)上述比例調整本制品的使用量。
